Antique Guatemala is the region that saw Diego Pappa get born into this world, become crazy about music and further develop his talent. In his homeland, this young artist, better known as Di Laif, found his main source of inspiration.
Di Laif isn't new to the electronic music circuit. Especially in Latin America, he has already established a notable relevance and presence. It's quite a prestige that he has reached so many people through his particular sound, in which this Guatemalan artist combines electronic music with organic rhythms and sounds.
His music evokes a wide range of emotions, that much is clear. But it's that notion of somewhat primitive connection he channels through his musicality allows him to build a direct genuine bond with the folklore of his native land. And what is more important to him he always aims to add a message to his music, an intention.
