Barutana will host Dubfire

Techno superstar Dubfire will be returning to Belgrade (Serbia) after more than 6 years. He’ll be playing at the famous Barutana club on the 13th of May. Barutana is definitely an interesting club with an exceptional historical background. It’s located at the medieval castle of Kalemegdan and its original purpose was to store significant amounts of gunpowder that was used to defend Kalemegdan in various historical clashes. The first transformation into a cultural place was in the mid 90’s when first events were held.

Dubfire is already a living legend. He’s been on the scene for more than two decades. He first burst onto the scene in the mid 90’s, when he formed Deep Dish together with his friend Sharam. The duo became notable for their productions and DJ sets. Following their successes as Deep Dish, both Sharam and Dubfire began to produce and DJ individually. Ali "Dubfire" has been leading the Techno generation since then. His label "SCI + TEC" was formed back in 2007 as a platform where he could release his music as well as music from other talented artists. He won numerous music awards including a Grammy which proves him as one of the most important Techno artists in the last 20 years. You can catch him in Belgrade’s club Barutana on the 13th of May with the local talents. Luka Vuković will be performing a B2B set with Ivan Radojević while Ilija Djoković and Marko Milosavljević will be playing solo sets.

We do believe that this event is one of those which a true Techno fan cannot ignore, so make sure you grab your ticket on time via Eventim or Gigstix
