After the short break, we are back at Klub K4 on 26th of November. Right and wrong are just two poles of the same concept and we find this mindset as a wonderful tool to explore the house music. That's why we are shading the big floor in the dark; while the light will shine on the smaller one. This time we are hosting a very special guest from Zagreb: Jogarde. While you are reading this one, we kindly invite you to listen to one of his sets below. The first one is a live recording from last years Stereotip - which sounds like a perfect overture into the depth of Josip Hubzin Jogarde. Remember: we already got to know a little bit about him in one of 101's which you can read here.

Where to start?

Our team heard Jogarde on a few different occasions. Part of the team heard him for the first time last year on Dimensions festival, where he played twice. We heard him on the "secret guests" spot at Fort Arena I. That is when he played b2b with his friend and a regular collaborator Marijan Felver (Felver). It was intense techy, deep and dubby musical journey that left us thinking "What the heck was that?" in the best way possible. Together with Felver, they've also started serial "Fuck Your Dreams, This Is Heaven" events in Masters Club in Zagreb.

Another part of the team heard him at Masters Club in Zagreb, where he serves as a programming director and a resident. Masters was called as the best-kept secret of Croatia clubbing scene by many. It opened in 1999 and Jogarde (or "Pepi" as they call him) threw numerous parties there under the celebrated Freilauf events. Freilauf became a synonym for a quality underground event in Zagreb, hosting everyone from Dixon, Ame, Prins Thomas, Gerd Janson, Metro Area, Justin Vandervolgen, Mark E, Colleen Murphy to Henrik Schwarz, Mark Seven, Jonny Nash, Lexx, Hunee, Ilija Rudman, Young Marco and a lot more.

If we return back: The other part of the team heard him this year at HYTE Festival. And when we grouped and talked about all of our experiences - it became clear: We have to bring him out to K4. And so we are joining forces at the end of November in our beloved Klub K4 for another special night. With such a master in the booth, we are both equally excited and nervous. Jogarde is known for a mixture of disco, house, techno and dancefloor friendly krautrock records with a distinct, touchable and melancholic sound.

Nowadays he is considered by many as one of the finest Croatian DJs - and we are also signing under this statement. He played with with the legends like Francois Kevorkian or Theo Parrish, played The Garden Festival, Dimensions, Lost In A Moment, Sonus, Love International, Dekmantel Selectors, Pikes on Ibiza, Clubs in Barcelona, Belgrade, Berlin, Bratislava, Düsseldorf,.. from this we recognise only one thing: his journey has just really begun. On top of that, he is also a father, a wine-maker and musical director at The Garden Brewery with incredible selectors touch which he shares on Adriatic Coasting - a radio show which he leads together with Nick Colgan.

With Adriatic Coasting and his record shop called Bon Ton he is bringing back and showcasing the best breeze of Adriatic, Balearic, cosmic feeling and music lifestyle. It might be the best thing you will hear in a while. It's unconventional, mature and sophisticated as much as it's warm, relaxing and dreamy. We just can't get over it. Adriatic Coasting airs every Friday 19-21 and Sunday 18-20 on 102.5 Yammat FM. All episodes are then uploaded on Jogarde's SoundCloud channel where you can listen them in its full length. Those episodes are full of undiscovered jams, old or rare vinyl, forgotten tracks, excellent covers and remakes,.. together they create a sensuous, warm and relaxed atmosphere that will make any day better. Bonus is warm radio voices from Nick & Jogarde. Instant Adriatic feeling, every week. Stream with the click on the image or find the full playlist here.

Catch Jogarde at SOLVD night in Klub k4 on 26.11.2016.

This time the situation is inverted. Evident, with his deeper musical taste, will prepare the atmosphere in the darkroom (big floor) while Alex as an expert in bright tech grooves will play all night in the lightroom (small floor). But as always; Expect the unexpected. We start the party sharp at 11 pm.

We recorded the set that Evident played at the last event. More than four hours live from the small floor at Klub k4. Listen below.
